Foam Bonding
Rathicol Foam Bonding is a solvent-based synthetic rubber contact adhesive developed for reliable bonding in upholstery, mattress manufacturing and foam-lamination applications.
It provides strong initial tack, consistent spreadability and dependable adhesion on flexible materials such as PU foam, rubber foam, rexine, fabric, leather and coir, as well as substrates including plywood, MDF and wood.
Its balanced formulation offers good heat and moisture resistance with controlled open time, while supporting brush, roller, spray-gun or spreader application. This makes it suitable for both regular workshop use and high-volume furniture and mattress production.
